Art Theft on Etsy! Check if yours is there as well

[Last and final EDIT, sorry for the spam:] One funny fact about my picture being taken down... I was still writing the DCMA message and have not even sent the mail to etsy yet as I am slow with this legal english stuff... I am no native speaker. My picture was taken down already though which lets me assume that the person selling there is one of my watchers and hopes to avoid trouble now. Well, here is a message for you: No, you are not. I have screenshots and will still send all this to etsy as the other works you are using for advertisement are not your own as well. I want etsy to recognize you. You might now think of me as an asshole, but I know better. Next time you can as well send me a message, ask politely, I tell you my price for something like this and then you even have an official contract and an unwatermarked picture - so you do not even have to crop it out.

[EDIT:] The product with my picture was banned, so there you go, this went fast. Somebody asked my why I did not contact the shop owner before complaining to etsy directly... you know, I am sick and tired of begging to people for things that they should not have taken in the first place. Also - I am not always like that: If my pictures are seen in some RP forums or the like, this is fine, why not, I know myself that male character illustrations are rarely to be found and man, these people do not harm anyone but hey... selling my stuff / using it for advertisement of any kind is just something I am not accepting at all and I will not talk to anyone beforehand and ask for whatever... I will always complain directly every time I see something like that!

They do not sell our pictures as pictures but they use them to advertise their products which is not okay as well. I never gave my okay for this and this person takes advantage of our works for making money for themselves...
I am not asking you to go there and insult or flame this person, as we are mature people who do not need to do these kind of things, right? Etsy is a good company and will get this solved, they just have to notice it. So please check it for your own stuff, contact artists you recognized and ask if they gave permission.



Let´s get this person banned there! Man, I am so angry...
